In order to view wholesale product pricing and make purchases, please create a user account. Once your account is activated by confirming your email address, you will be able to use our website.

Existing Kay's Kreations Customers
If you are an existing Net 30 customer, please create a user account by clicking "Sign Up" at the top of our store. Once your account is created, look for an account activation email from us, this is just to confirm your email account.
Note: This is a one time process. Payment and purchasing terms are automatic. Net terms customers do not need to enter any payment information when placing an order. Use "Net Terms/Wholesale" option on your cart page.

New Customers
If you would like to pay by credit card, please create a user account by clicking "Sign Up" at the top of our store. Once your account is created, look for an account activation email from us, this is just to confirm your email account.

Catalog and Order Form
If you would like a copy of our currant catalog and order form let us know and we will mail one out to you ASAP. We can also share a digital catalog that you can download and/or print.
Name Drops On Products
If you request a name drop on a product for the specific location of your shop, please be very careful to submit the correct spelling.
Name drop orders that are fulfilled from submitted text that is spelled incorrectly will not be eligible for a credit.

Sales Reps
Sales Reps receive credit for all orders regardless of how they come to us. You will see a note section on your cart page where you can enter the name of your rep.
Sales reps are welcomed to create accounts and enter orders for their clients. Just indicate client in note section and we will take it from there.

Damages, Shortages and Credits
Kay's Kreations has a 41 year history of satisfying our customers. However, damage does happen during shipment on occasion.
Since each occurrence is somewhat different, please call or email us or your sales rep and we will be happy to take care of the situation for you. Any problems need to be reported within ten days of shipment.
